1. What we collect
Your name, phone number, email and the addresses you save. Details of your bookings, payments, messages and reviews. For professionals, we also collect ID, trade and police verification documents.
2. How we use it
To show you professionals in your area, complete bookings, take payments, send booking updates and handle complaints. We use booking history to improve service suggestions.
3. What the professional sees
Only what they need for the job: your first name, phone number, the booking address and your notes. They see your address only after accepting the booking.
4. The assistant
When you describe a problem to the assistant, we send that text to our AI provider to suggest a service. We do not use it for advertising. Do not include personal details you do not want shared.
5. Payments
Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number.
6. How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for 8 years, as Indian tax law requires. Other data is deleted within 90 days of closing your account.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your area. No advertising cookies.
