1. Who we are
ServiceHub AI is an online marketplace in Chennai that connects customers with independent home service professionals. We do not do the repair or cleaning work ourselves. The professional you book is responsible for the work.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older to book. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
3. Bookings and prices
Prices shown are starting prices in Indian rupees and include GST. The professional confirms the final price before starting. Spare parts are charged separately and only with your approval.
A booking is confirmed when the professional accepts it. You will get a message when this happens.
4. Payments
Online and cash choices are previews. No payment is taken and no funds are held or transferred by this demo.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation fees, refund eligibility and timing are not yet set. The final policy will be shown before real bookings open.
6. Service guarantee
Return visits and service coverage depend on the final service policy, which is not yet set.
7. Conduct
Treat professionals and customers with respect. We may suspend accounts that abuse, threaten, or try to take bookings off the platform to avoid fees.
8. Liability
Professionals are verified, but they are independent. Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the app. These terms follow Indian law, and courts in Chennai have jurisdiction.
